Where can asbestos be found?
Asbestos is harmful to your health when you inhale the fibres. Wettelijke verplichting
Vanaf 23 november 2022 heb je een asbestattest nodig voor de verkoop van gebouwen ouder dan bouwjaar 2001. Voor de gemeenschappelijke delen van gebouwen zal deze verplichting pas gelden vanaf mei 2025.
