Which analyses do we carry out?
Because we are specialised in both chemical and microbiological analyses, we have an answer to every question about analysing food products. But also, a ‘check after cleaning’ or the analysis of air is possible.
- Microbiology based on general and hygienic parameters, including pathogens and challenge tests

- Allergens (environment and end products testing for the presence of allergens, to avoid cross-contamination)
