Important for Eurofins Ecca Food Testing customers

Relocation of the microbiological food testing laboratory to Nazareth
At the end of February, the microbiological laboratory of our food division in Merelbeke will move to our Eurofins site in Nazareth.
This allows us to centralize our activities in one location and further strengthen our services.

What will change?

  • No analyses will be started on 26 and 27 February. Only strictly urgent samples will be handled via an emergency procedure, which can be requested here until 23/02.

  • No registrations in Qlab on 26 and 27 February. After that, Qlab can be used again as usual.

  • Delivery of all food samples from 2 March onwards at the following address: Venecoweg 5, 9810 Nazareth.

  • Temporary impact on accreditation and reporting: some methods will temporarily not be performed under accreditation. Where necessary, we will automatically provide an accredited alternative, which may cause a slight delay.

  • New email address for collections and sampling: logistics-food-be@ftbnl.eurofins.com
